The CDA National Education Contest has three levels: Local Court, State and National. Students who compete for each local court from our communities, schools and CCD classes are able to compete and strive for awards in the following categories: Art, Essay, Poetry, Computer Art, Music and Photography. Each year a theme is chosen to inspire the entries. Themes selected for the contest encourage lively imagination and freedom of thought when student talent and application go hand in hand. A first, second and third place winner is selected in each category for each age group. The first place winner from each group is then sent to the state court for competition. Each category’s first place winner on the state level in then sent to compete nationally.
